Office Policies
You will be given a treatment estimate prior to any treatment. We have set fees for treatment. As a service and convenience to you, our office accepts direct payment from most private dental plans. We will estimate your benefits and co-payment and bill your dental plan. Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of service. If your dental plan later pays more than the estimated amount, we will refund the difference to you. Likewise, if the plan pays less than the estimated amount, you will be responsible for the remainder and we will bill you. Most dental plans take approximately 30 days to pay. If you do not have a dental plan, full payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Patients are welcome to call to schedule an appointment. If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance so that we can use the time to assist another patient.
